Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation
Modelyx subscriptions bill on a recurring monthly basis in U.S. dollars (USD). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@modelyx.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until your subscription expires, after which no further charges will be made.
2. Refund Eligibility
All charges and refunds are denominated in U.S. dollars (USD). We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Requests made within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
- Service outages or defects that materially prevent use of the platform
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial billing periods after cancellation
- Subscriptions active for more than 7 days, except where a material service issue is reported (see "Refund Eligibility" above)
- Charges resulting from failure to cancel before a renewal date
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@modelyx.net with your account email and a description of the issue. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
5. Subscription Modifications
Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period; no refund is issued for the difference in tier price for the current period.
